important if you use the same weight yarn both for toy and clothes. But use appropriate fabric for a toy so the

Bind off loosely purlwise.
Leaving a 20cm tail for crocheting a chain for the
button loop later.
With the tail, use a fine
crochet hook (I used 2.5mm) to make a chain long enough to accommodate the size
of your button. Join it back to the start
point and secure. Attach
a button on the other side as a fastening for the dress. Weave in ends for the armholes area and hem. q

Bind off using kitchener stitches.
Arms/Legs:
With CC4, crochet a 35mm chain, thread on the tapestry needle, insert the chain through the body, going in and coming out the opposite side. Pull it halfway through the body so that an even amount sticks out from each side. Weave the loose ends back through the arms/legs and body.
Ears:
Using same technique as the arms and legs, with CC4, crochet a 6mm chain, thread on the tapestry needle, insert the chain through the head going in and coming out back the same spot and leave a loop to create the ear. Insert the chain back to the other ear position and repeat the technique. Weave the loose ends back through the ears and head.
Embroidery the face as shown below.
Happy knitting!!!
